HARTMANN, a Married Person, grantee, whose address is 1921 Berry Drive, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: Lots 1 and 2 of Block 4 of the Lincoln Heights 5th Addition, Third Filing, to the City of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed August 6, 1995 as Instrument No. 641092 of the records of the LincOln County Clerk.
