Bedford, Wyoming 83112, being duly sworn on oath according to law do hereby make
the following statement of facts and affirm:
That we are the owners and proprietors of real property shown on the Boundary
Adjustment Plat prepared by Lloyd B. Baker and Associates for Joseph Andrew Heiner
and Sharleen Crook Heiner and referred to in the Deeds recorded in Book 247PR, on
Page 635 and in Book 429PR, on Page 345, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, within the N1/2SW1/4 of Section 33, T34N, R118W, of the 6th. P.M.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
That the substitution of this property is with our free consent and desires.
That the property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 429PR, on Page 345,
with said Office, be absorbed as contiguous with the property, as referred to in the Deed
recorded in Book 247PR, on Page 635, and substituted with the property being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Baker Engineers PE/LS 698,
1982 location for the Southeast Corner of the NE1/4SE1/4 of Section 32, of said T34N,
R118W; thence N0°16'46"E, along the East line of said NE1/4SE1/4,226.89 feet to an
Aluminum Cap on Rebar marking the Southwest corner of the Heiner property, as
referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 429PR, on Page 345, with said Office; thence
S89°05'04"E, along the South line of last said property and the Easterly prolongation
thereof, 375.02 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe; thence S0°16'46"W, parallel with
said East line, 225.03 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking a point in the
North line of the SW1/4SW1/4, of said Section 33; thence N89°22'06"W, along said
North line, 375.00 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 1.945 Acres of land.
SUBJECT TO: The Right-of-WaY Easement, as referred to in the Right-of-Way
Easement recorded in Book 24PR, on Page 134, with said Office, being the West 35.00
feet for Bedford - Turnerville County Road 12-123.
GRANTING and RESERVING: A 30 feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, along the South
line of the above described property, being the South 30.00 feet thereof, for the
Irrigation System personnel and land owners for construction and maintenance.
TOGETHER WITH and SUBJECT TO: All Easements, Exceptions, Restrictions,
Reservations, Rights-of-Way and Improvements of sight and or record.

That all rights under and by virtue of the Homestead Exemption Laws of the State of
Wyoming are hereby released.
