Lot 202 of River Ranches Fishing and Equestrian Estates at Freedom,
Wyoming, Second Filing, Lincoln County, Wyoming according to that plat
filed March 10, 1999 as Plat No. 383 & 383-A.
which mortgage was filed on June 28, 2004 in the office of the Lincoln
County Clerk in Book 560 at page 30; and
WHEREAS Assignor now desires to assign unto Assignee all duties and
obligations in the Mortgage and corresponding Promissory Note, and Assignee
desires to assume the same.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the recitals and of the agreements
hereinafter contained, the parties agree as follows:
1. Assignor does hereby assign to Assignee all of its duties and
obligations under the Mortgage and Promissory Note.
2. Assignee accepts this assignment of the Mortgage and Promissory
Note together with the duties and obligations thereunder which Assignee agrees
to assume and timely perform.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Assignor and Assignee have set their hand the

CONSENT TO ASSIGNMENT
Freedom, L.L.C., a Wyoming limited liability company, does hereby
consent to the assignment and assumption of the Mortgage and Promissory
Note on the condition that Assignee has accepted and shall be fully bound to
comply with all requirements and obligations of Extreme Construction, Inc. in
said Promissory Note and Mortgage and upon the condition that Assignee by
acceptance of the Assignment has acknowledged that this Consent To
Assignment shall not constitute a waiver of any term or condition of the

Promissory Note and Mortgage, specifically, including the requirement for
consent to any further assignments or conveyances of the subject property and
Assignee agrees to be responsible for any defaults or violations under the
Promissory Note and Mortgage. Freedom, L.L.C. hereby releases Extreme
Construction, Inc. from all duties and obligations under the Promissory Note
and Mortgage. Notwithstanding, Freedom, L.L.C. shall notify Extreme
Construction, Inc. of any default by Robert A. Fulton under the Mortgage and
Promissory Note. All other terms and conditions contained within the
Promissory Note and Mortgage not in conflict herewith are deemed to survive
and be of full force and effect.
