Beginning at a point which is South 868.74 feet and S. 89° 37' 07" E. 5.71 feet from a
brass cap monument found marking the NW Comer of the SEffSE~ of Section 19, Twp. 37
N., R. 118 West 6th P.M. Wyoming. Said NW Comer of the SEgSEg is West 5.71 feet from
a rebar stake marking the NE Comer of the LEON LIVINGSTON Subdivision.
TO REPEAT, our beginning, point is 868.74 feet South from the NE Comer of the
Leon Livingston Tract, and running thence East 476.81 fcct, thence South 962.50 feet, to a
point which is the Northerly line of the Bureau of Reclamation, Palisades Reservoir Bound-
ary, thence N. 53' 19' 54" W. 343.57 feet along said Northerly line of the Palisades Reser-
voir. Thence N. 31' 06' 12" West 374.24 feet to a brass cap monument found at the SW
Comer of said SEffSEg of said Section 19, thence N. 0° 42' 39" E. 450.50 feet along the East
edge of said LEON LIVINGSTON tract to the point of beginning. Containing an area of 8.3
acres more or less. Together with a 60 foot wide access easement from the North 868.74 feet
along the East edge of said LEON LIVINGSTON Tract of land.
Reserving a 60 foot wide access easement commencing at the South end of'the above
mentioned access easement from the North, and extending East 476.81 feet to the West edge
of the plot lying adjacent on the East side of this described plot.
