to an IRC ~ 1031 tax deferred exchange, CONVEYS AND WA~TS to Janice K.
Earhart, Trustee of the Janice K. Earhart Family Trust dated September 22, 1995,
G~TEE, whose address b P.O. Box 1616, Afton, Wyoming 83110, the following
described real estate, situate ~ the County of Lincoln, State of .Wyoming, hereby
waiving ~d releasing all rights under ~d by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming, to wit:
Lot 22, Bridger Forest Ranch Subdivision, amended,. according to the
official plat thereof, which is on file in the office of the Lincoln County
Recorder, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all
appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging. Subject to all
covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and rights-of-
way of sight and/or record.
