KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
That Ernold Coates has made, constituted and appointed, and by these presents does make,
constitute and appoint Kris Schneiter, true and lawful attorney for him and in his name, place to
mortgage realty and to execute, acknowledge deeds, notes, mortgages and other instruments
relating to realty and we hereby give our said attorney full power to do everything whatsoever,
requisite m~d necessary to be done in real estate transactions within the State of Wyoming
regarding the followi, ng described lands:
Commencing at a point 6 rods East of the Southwest Corner of Lot 3, Block 22, Al'ton
Townsite, Lincoln County, Wyoming and running THENCE North 12 rods; THENCE East
4 rods; TiClENCE South 12 rods; THENCE West 4 rods to the point of beginning.
giving and granting unto said attorney, full power and authority to do and perform all and every
act and thing whatsoever, requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises as fully to
all intents and purposes, as she might or could do if personally present with full power and
substitution and revocation, hereby ratifying and con_f'ming all that my said attorney or my
substitute shall lawfixlly do or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
