HEINER of the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming in consideration of Ten and 00/100's Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration to them in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby confessed and acknowledged, have remised, released, convey and forever quitclaimed and by these presents do for my heirs, executors and administrators, remise, release and forever quitclaim unto JOSEPH A. HEINER, JR. AND SHARLEEN C. HEINER, Husband and Wife whose address is 731 County Road 123, Bedford, WY 83112 heirs and assigns, forever, all such right, title, interest, property, possession, claim and demand as I have, ought to have or hereafter acquire in or to all the following described premises, tO-wit: An interest held by a Right of First Refusal evidenced in Warranty Deed recorded February 2, 1987 in Book 247PR on page 633 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk across the following described land: A tract in the NV2SW¼ of Section 33, T34N Rl l8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the West boundary line of the N1/2SW~A of said Section 33, that is 205 feet North of the Southwest corner of said NIASW~A and running thence North, along said West boundary line, 235.46 feet; thence East 185 feet; thence South, on a line parallel to said West boundary line, 235.46 feet; thence West 185 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
