PURCHASE AGREEMENT/CONTRAC F FOR DEED CLERK

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
It is hereby made of public record that a Contract for Deed, dated
and between JOE HEINER and SHARLEEN HEINER, husband and wife, Sellers, and PAUL L.
BLACKWOOD and CECILIA A. BLACKWOOD, husband and wife, Purchasers, exists for the
purchase of the following described real property situate in the County of Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
A portion of the property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book 247PR, on Page 635, with
the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the NW1/4SW1/4 of Section 33,
T34N R118W of the 6~ P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the B.L.M. type Monument marking the Baker Engineers PE/LS 698, 1982
location for the Southeast comer of the NE1/4SE1/4 of Section 32, of said T34N R118W; thence
N 0°16'46"E, along the East line of said NE1/4SE1/4,226.89 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Rebar
marking the Southwest comer of the Heiner property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in
Book 429PR on page 345, with said Office;
thence S 89°05'04"E, along the South line of last said property and the Easterly prolongation
thereof, 375.02 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe;
thence S 0°16'46"W, parallel with said East line, 225.03 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe
marking a point in the North line of the SW1/4SW1/4 of said Section 33;
thence N 89°22'06"W, along said North line, 375.00 feet, to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
Said Contract for Deed is being held in escrow by the First National Bank, Afton,
Wyoming.
