Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point 13.99 feet N 0°06'41" W and 32858 feet N 89°06'41" E, from the
Southwest corner of said WtANE'~;
thence N 0'03'20" W, 1249.42 feet to a point on the centerline of a 60 foot wide
road easement;
thence N 89012'08'. E, along last said centerline, 329.79 feet;
thence South 1248.91 feet to a point on a fence line;
thence S 89°06'41" W, along last said fence line, 328.58 feet to the point of
beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
