' AFFIDAVIT TERMINATING ESTATE AS BY THE ENTIRETIES Oh SI:'P -3 ~'~,H Il: 33 JEAI~!NF. WAGNER I, BEVERLY JOANN ASHER, being first duly sworn, upon my oath depose and says: 1. That I am of adult age, a resident of Alpine, Wyoming, and the Affiant herein. 2. By warranty deed dated August 15, 1979, and recorded August 29, 1979, in Book 159 on Page 468, Instrument Number 529506, in the office of the Ex-Officio Register of Deeds for Lincoln County, Wyoming, John Michael Clinger, a single man, as Grantor, conveyed unto M.E. Asher and Beverly Asher, as husband and wife, by the entireties, the following described property situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, to-wit: Lot Five (5), Rees Subdivision ofN ½ SE ½ of Sec. 20, T37N, R118W, 6th p.m., Lincoln County, Wyoming. ALSO: Commencing at a point on Tract 2 of the Rees Subdivision of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (Iq ½ SE ½ ) of Section 20, Township 37 North, Range 118 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, as it appears of record in in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, at Book 11 of Photostatic Records at Page 507, recorded on September 1, 1955; which point is North 80o-00' East 55 feet from the iron rod corner marker of the common South comer of Lots 5 and 6 of said subdivision; thence South to the North boundary line of the County access road easement which connects U.S. Highway 26 with forest road in said subdivision; thence North 88%31' West along said North boundary line 110 feet; thence North to the South boundary line of said Lot No. 6; thence North 80%00' East 110 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; together with the permanem right in ingress and egress from said County access road easement along the division line of said Lot 5 and 6, together with all improvements. Asher died on August §, 2004, at Sawtooth City, Blaine County, State of Idaho, and a copy of the official certificate of his death, certified to as true and correct by the public authority in which the original of said certificate is a matter of record, is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". 4. By reason of the death of said M.E. Asher, his interest and title in said warranty deed has terminated and title to the real property conveyed thereby has vested in Beverly Joann Asher, wife ofM.E.
