($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged,
CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to BEVERLY JOANN ASHER, Trustee, or the succesors in trust,
under the BEVERLY JOANN ASHER
LIVING TRUST, dated August 31, 2004, Grantees
of County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, the following described real estate situate in County of
Lincoln and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the
homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Lot Five (5), Rees Subdivision ofN ½ SE ½ of Sec. 20, T37N, R118W, 6th p.m.,
Lincoln County, Wyoming.
ALSO: Commencing at a point on Tract 2 of the Rees Subdivision of the North
Half of the Southeast Quarter (N ½ SE ½ ) of Section 20, Township 37 North,
Range 118 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, as it appears of record in
in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of deeds of Lincoln
County, Wyoming, at Book 11 of Photostatic Records at Page 507, recorded on
September 1, 1955; which point is North 80o-00' East 55 feet from the iron rod
corner marker of the common South corner of Lots 5 and 6 of said subdivision;
thence South to the North boundary line of the County access road easement
which connects U.S. Highway 26 with forest road in said subdivision; thence
North 88°-31' West along said North boundary line 110 feet; thence North to the
South boundary line of said Lot No. 6; thence North 800-00' East 110 feet, more
or less, to the point of beginning; together with the permanent right in ingress and
egress from said County access road easement along the division line of said
Lot 5 and 6, together with all improvements.
