ALSO: Commencing at a point on Tract 2 of the Rees Subdivision of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N ½ SE ½ ) of Section 20, Township 37 North, Range 118 West, 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, as it appears of record in in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of deeds of Lincoln County, Wyoming, at Book 11 of Photostatic Records at Page 507, recorded on September 1, 1955; which point is North 80o-00' East 55 feet from the iron rod corner marker of the common South corner of Lots 5 and 6 of said subdivision; thence South to the North boundary line of the County access road easement which connects U.S. Highway 26 with forest road in said subdivision; thence North 88°-31' West along said North boundary line 110 feet; thence North to the South boundary line of said Lot No. 6; thence North 800-00' East 110 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning; together with the permanent right in ingress and egress from said County access road easement along the division line of said Lot 5 and 6, together with all improvements.
