THIS INDENTURE, made the 27 th day of August, 2004 by and between the
DANA CONSTRUCTION, INC,,
a corporation organi?ed and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the
State of Wyoming and having its principal place of business in the
County of Lincoln the GRANTOR, and
STEPHANIE MICHEL AND MARK MICHEL,
Wife and Husband and Tenants by the Entireties,
whose address is P.O. Box 1357, Thayne, WY 83127
as Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,' does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WAR.R.ANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 32 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 21, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year fa'st above written.
