easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.

That part of Section 27, T32N, Rll9W, Lincoln County, Wyoming,
being part of that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk
of Lincoln County in Paragraph 5 of Book 401 of Photostatic
Records on pages 812, 813 described as follows:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of the SW~ of said Section
27;
thence N00°-23'-12hE, 816.83 feet, along the east line of said
tract, to a point; ~
thence S88o-36,-49.W, 660.43 feet, to a point on the west line
of said tract;
thence S00°-22,-36,,W, 802.00 feet, along said west line, to the
southwest corner of said tract, marked by a spike on the south
line of said SWW;
thence N89o-54,-00.E, 659.99 feet, along said south line, to
the CORNER OF BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 12.26 acres, more or less;
TOGETHER with a right of ingress and egress and public
utilities over, under and across a strip of land thirty-five
