does hereby make the following statements of fact and affirm:
THAT she is a trustee of the "K. rautter Family Trust dated AUgUst 26,
1996," and is an equal owner of all Krautter Family Trust lands
located in the northwest quarter of Section 15, Township ~6 North,
Range 119 West, Lincoln County, WYoming.
THAT she receives copies and' ~nderstands the content of all fOrthcOming
Krautter Family Trust land sales, road easements, and the legal
instruments relating to any land sale or road easement by the Krautter
Family Trust.
THAT D.C. Krautter or Jean M. Krautter, her Co-Trustees of the
Krautter Family Trust, will send her copies of ail. fully executed
instruments of any Krautter Family Trust land.
THAT D.C. Krautter and Jean M. Krautter are bet true and lawful
Attorneys, in ~ny matter, for the use and benefit of selling any
parcel of land located in the NW~ of Section 15, Township }6 North,
Range 119 West, Lincoln County, Wyoming.
THAT this Affidavit is signed in the stead of and with the same
effect as if any Krautter Family Trust legal instrument were

The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me by Gail Susan Asbury,
the signer of this Affidavit, who has duly acknowledged to me that she
