and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the holnestead exemption laws of the state

Section 4, T32N Rll9W of the 6th P.M, Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1 of Block 11 and running~ thence
South, along the East line of said Lot and Block, 208.71 feet;
thence West, parallel with the North line of said Lot and Block, 208.71 feet;
thence North, parallel with first said East line of said Lot and Block, 208.71 feet
to the North line of said Lot and Block;
thence East, along last said North line, 208.71 feet to the Point of Beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
