Box 7140 Jackson, ~ 83002 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the holnestead exemption laws of the state to wit' Part of Lot 1 of Block 11 of Auburn Townsite, being a portion of the NE¼NW¼ of Section 4, T32N Rll9W of the 6th P.M, Lincoln County, Wyoming and being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1 of Block 11 and running~ thence South, along the East line of said Lot and Block, 208.71 feet; thence West, parallel with the North line of said Lot and Block, 208.71 feet; thence North, parallel with first said East line of said Lot and Block, 208.71 feet to the North line of said Lot and Block; thence East, along last said North line, 208.71 feet to the Point of Beginning. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use. WITNESS our hands this day of August, 2004.
