WARRANTY DEED
THIS INDENTURE, made the
day of September, 2004 by and between the
FAMILY HOMES, L.L.C.,
a limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of
the State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR and
ROBERT L. GWYN AND LINDA J. GWYN, TRUSTEES
of the GWYN REVOCABLE TRUST
u/d/t October 17, 1990,
as amended January 19, 1996, as amended April 26, 2001,
whose address is P.O. Box 5061, Etna, WY 83118
as Grantee,
WITNESS ETH:
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 97 of Star Valley Ranch Plat 21, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights:of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.
