and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO
JASON L. SMITH AND ALICIA M. TODD,
Joint Tenants with Rights of Survivorship,
grantees, whose address is 1127 D. 9th West Ave. Kemmerer, WY 83101
the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and .State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:

A portion of Lot 7 of Block 10 of the Lincoln Heights 4th Subdivision to the City of
Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of said Lot 7 Block 10;
thence west along the northerly boundary of said Lot 7 a distance of 13.0 feet to
the northwest corner of said Lot 7;
thence south along the westerly boundary of said Lot 7 a distance of 39.55 feet;
thence east along the southerly boundary of said Lot 7 a distance of 130.0 feet;
thence north along the easterly boundary of said Lot 7 a distance of 39.55 feet to
the point of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
