KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that Zions First National Bank, the County of Salt
Lake and State of Utah hereby certify as follows:
1. A certain Mortgage, bearing date of APRIL 7, 1997, was made and executed by CHARLES T.
HASINGS AND ANGELA J. HASTINGS, as Mortgagor, to real estate therein mentioned as security for
the payment of the principal sum of FOUR HUNDRED FiFTY THOUSAND and no/100 Dollars
($450,000.00), together with interest as therein stated.
2. Said Mortgage, was recorded in the Office of CLERK of LINCOLN County, State of
WYOMING, on APRIL 14, 1997, as BOOK 396 PR, PAGE 30, NO. 0836033.
SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A"
3. The aforementioned debt and promissory note secured by said Mortgage has been discharged.
In consideration thereof, Zions First National Bank hereby releases the above described Mortgage, and
quitclaims all property described therein unto CHARLES T. IqASINGS AND ANGELA J. HASTINGS
all property described in said mortgage.
