undivided one-half interest to Steven L. Hansen and Jacqueline Jacob Hansen, and successors
thereto, Trustees of the Steven L. Hansen Revocable Trust with full power and authority to
sell, transfer, encumber, and mortgage, Grantees, of 1495 Countryside Lane, Heber, Utah 84032,
and the remaining undivided one-half interest to Jacquelyn Jacob Hansen and Steven L.
Hansen, and successors thereto, Trustees, of the Jacquelyn Jacob Hansen Revocable Trust,
with full power and authority to sell, transfer, encumber, and mortgage, Grantees, of 1495
Countryside Lane, Heber, Utah 84032,
for the sum ofTen Dollars and other good and valuable consideration the following described
tract of land in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, to wit:
NW 1/4 of Section 31, T27N R119W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County Wyoming.
TOGETHER WITH any and all improvements thereon and water rights, rights-of-
way, easements, permits, approvals, contract rights, and other appurtenances
thereto.
SUBJECT TO all liens, encumbrances, restrictions, reservations, rights-of-way
easements, and encroachments, which are of record or discoverable by survey or
inspection of the property.
