Kennington and Luana T. Kennington, Trustees of the Larry L Kennington and Luana T.
Kennington Family Trust dated August 27, 1998 as mortgagees conveying certain real estate
therein mentioned as security for the payment of $39,200.00 as therein stated, which mortgage
was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln
County, State of Wyoming, on August 15, 2000 in Book 450PR on page 195 mortgaging the
following described real estate in said County, to wit:
