Banking Corporation, does hereby cerfi~ that a certain mortgage bearing t~e date of January
27, 2000, made and executed by Pauliae K. Schaller A Single Woman, as mortgagors, to The
Bank of Star Valley, as mortgagee, a mortgage conveying a lien on certain real estate therein
described as security for the payment of $100,477.36, which mortgage was re-recorded in the
office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of
Wyoming, on the Mst day of January 2000, in book 441 PR of Mortgages, at Page 021 as
document ~ 863909 and pertaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit:
"ALL LANDS DESCRIBED IN SAID MORTGAGE,"
The note secured thereby and the aforementioned debt is fully paid,' satisfied, released, and
discharged and in consideration thereof the said mortgagees do hereby release and quitclaim unto
the said mortgagors the premises thereby conveyed and mortgaged.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, The Bank of Star Valley has caused the Release of Real Estate
Mortgage to be signed by its President and its corporate seal to be affixed, this t 7/-h day of
