Michele Russell, the duly qualified and acting Chapter, 7~ Tru~e~ (~ ~n~ptcy for the Diskict of Wyoming, of the estates of JE~ A~ SHEBA¢KO~ACH, Case;NO,~,~ 1-20298, and J & S COMP~S ~C., Case No. 01-20299, G~NTOR, for and in consideration ofO~ DOLL~ and for other good and valuable consideration, receipt whereof is hereby ac~owledged, conveys, sells and bansfers to Hamsfork ~vestment Group, LLC, together and assi~s, all of the estates' right, title and interest in and to the following described real prope~, situated in Lincoln Cou.~, State of Wyoming, to wit: ?/ Address: 510 Lignite Street, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101; A tract of land located in the NE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 14, T21N R116W of the 64 P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning Northwesterly from the Northwest Comer of Block 16 of the original Townsite of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, as platted and recorded parallel to and 50 feet distant from the Northeasterly boundary line of Block 15 for a distance of 150 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing on the same course for 50 feet; thence Northeasterly at right angles to last course of 53.9 feet; thence Southeasterly 52 feet, more or less to a point which is 67.2 feet Northeasterly of the Point of beginning, measured at right angles to the Easterly line of Lignite Avenue produced; thence Southwesterly 67.2 feet to the Point of Beginning. ALSO A tract of land located in the NE1/4 SE1/4 of Section 14, T21N R116W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, and more described as follows, to wit: Running Northwesterly from the Northwest comer of Block 16 of the Original Townsite of Kemmerer, Wyoming, as platted and recorded, parallel to and 50' distant from the Northeasterly boundary line of Block 15 for a distance of 200 feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing on the same course for 50 feet; thence Northeasterly at right angles to last course, 40.7 feet; thence Southeasterly 52 feet, more or less, to a point which is 53.9 feet Northeasterly to the point of beginning, measured at right angles to the Easterly line of Lignite Avenue produced; thence Southwesterly 53.9 feet to the point of beginning. ALSO A parcel of land in the Original Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the North;vest comer of Block 16 of the Original Town of Kemmerer, Lincoln County, Wyoming and running thence N 26'34' W, along easterly projection of Lignite Street, 300.00 feet to the point of beginning: thence N 63°26, E, 27.4 feet; thence N 41°24'32" W, 62.07 feet; thence S 63°26, W, 11.5 feet; thence S 26034, E, 60.00 feet to the point of beginmng.
