KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That for Ten Dollars ($10.00), and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Small Business Administration, an Agency of the United States Government, as Assignee, does hereby release and discharge that certain Mortgage dated September 10, 1998 given by Schreiber & Associates LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, Tomie C. Schreiber and Lawrence C. Schreiber, as Mortgagors, to Greater Salt Lake Business District, Salt Lake City, Utah, as Mortgagee, and recorded October 13, 1998 in Book 4~_19., Page 387, Instrument No. 853965 in the records of Lincoln County, Wyoming. This Mortgage was given to secure pa~enen£ of the promissory Note dated September- 10, 1998 executed by La~ence C. Schreiber and Tomie C. Schreiber in behalf of Schreiber & Associates, LLC, assigned to Small Business Administration, Casper, Wyoming on September 10, 1998, in the principal sum of $525,000.00, with interesu upon the unpaid balance at the rate therein provided. This Release does not effect the underlying obl'igation which continues [o exist, uneffected by this Release. This release is an acknowledgmen[ that no equity exists to apply to the Note and the property is, therefore, released from the Mortgage withou£ effecting the indebtedness.
