COU'~ TY OL~_Rk THIS INDENTURE, made the 2lStday of September , 2004 by and between the JOHN CLAYTON CONSTRUCTION, INC., a corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Utah and having its principal place of business in the County of Salt Lake the GRANTOR, and DUSTIN OPITZ AND DANIELLE OPITZ, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, whose address is as Grantee, WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit: Lot 50 of Prater Canyon Estates Unit 4, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
