Box.1096, Thayne, WY 83.127 as Grantee, WlTNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit: Lot 17 of the Salt River Heights Subdivision, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof. SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
