CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
My undivided 1/5th interest in the following described land:
Part of Lot 2 and part of Lot 3 of Block 27 to the Town of Afton, Lincoln County,
Wyoming being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is the common Corner of the SW Corner of Lot 2 and NW
Corner of LOt 3 and running thence South 7 feet;
thence East 65.5 feet;
thence Northeasterly 8.8 feet;
thence East 259.5 feet;
thence North 132 feet;
thence West 165 feet;
thence South 66 feet;
thence West 165 feet;
thence South 66 feet to the place of beginning.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
