Comes now Larry D. Dunnagan and Kara L. Dunnagan, of 38 Evergreen, Star Valley Ranch Subdivision,
Thayne, Wyoming, who make the following statement of facts and affirm:
That the said Larry D. Durmagan and Kara L. Dunnagan, as owners of lots 12 & 13 of Star Valley
Ranch Plat 1 Subdivision, as platted and recorded in the Ofrice of the County clerk of Lincoln
County, Wyoming.
That Larry D. Dunnagan and Kara L. Dunnagan, as sole owners of Lots 12 & 13, Plat I of Star
Valley Ranch Subdivision, have authority to execute this document;
That the owners of Lots 12 & 13 have need to place a residential garage on Lot 12,
Declare that as long as Lot 12 is occupied oNLy by said residential garage, then Lots 12 & 13
shall be sold together.
And any landscape or driveway development along utility easements are subject to existing utility
company rights,
And that this modification of easement shall not abridge or destroy any of the right and privileges
of other owners and proprietors in the Star Valley ranch Plat 1 Subdivision.
