NIELD, husband and wife, grantors of County of Lincoln, and State of Wyoming, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY AND WARRANT to RON ANDERSON and CLAUDIA N ANDERSON, grantees whose address is 983 HWY 237, Grover, Wyoming, 83122, the following described real estate situate in County of Lincoln and State of Wyoming, herby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit: Lot 1 Northeast quarter Northeast quarter (NE1/4NE1/4) of Section 2, Township 32 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M., Wyoming. Containing 37 acres of land,. more or less. Subject to an easement for a driveway across the South edge of said land conveyed to John N Anderson in a Warranty Deed given by John Miles dated June 24, 1902 and recorded 16 December 1902 in Book 11 of Deeds, page 296 as filing No. 17369, granting a roadway across the Southeast corner of Lot 1, Section 2, Township 32 North, Range 119 West of the 6th P.M.
