Wyoming, grantors, for and in consideration of TEN AND NO/100 Dollars ($10.00), and other
valuable considerations, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, CONVEY and
WAR~NT to LaMont Roberson and Gena Roberson, husband and wife, as tenants by the
entireties, grantees, of 208 Foal Creek, Alpine, UT 84004, grantees, the following described real
estate, sitUate in Lincoln County, and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights
under and by vidue of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
A podion of the Haderlie property, as referred to in the Deed recorded in Book
546PR, on Page 214, with the Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County, Wyoming, within
the SWI/4NWl/4 of Section 14, and the SEI/4NEI/4 of Section 15, T34N, R119W,
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest Corner of the NW1/4NWI/4 of said Section 14;
thence S89°03'03"E, along the South line of said NWI/4NWI/4, 922.45 feet to a
Point in the Center Line of South Middle Spring Creek, NKA Soldier Creek, said Point
being 383.86 feet N89°03'03"W, along the South line of said NWI/4NWl/4, from the
Southeast Corner of said NWI/4NWI/4; thence Westerly, along said Center Line, the
following: S49°42'33"W 67.74 feet, S27°00'02"W 46.28 feet,
N87°35'37"W 34.00 feet, S56°47'55"W 20.04 feet, S14°17'58"W 47.14 feet,
S43°40'29"W 67.55 feet, S55°18'01"W 48.39 feet, N88~30'37"W 68.23 feet,
N58°34'31"W 101.59 feet, N56°50'47"W 52.08 feet, S63°53'50"W 117.00 feet,
N60°42'06"W 30.69 feet, S40035'53"W 37.72 feet, S83°50'12"W 19.51 feet,
N72°53'31"W 37.42 feet, and N62°42'19"W 64.84 feet; thence S67°15'23"W 95.53
feet to a fence corner; thence N85°10'28"W0 453.55 feet to an Aluminum Cap on
Iron Pipe marking a point in an existing North-South fence line; thence N23°59'44"W,
along said fence, 196.63 feet to an Aluminum Cap on Iron Pipe marking a Point in the
South line of the NEI/4NEI/4 of said Section 15; thence S89°09'35"E, along said
South line, 386.86 feet, to the Point of Beginning, containing 5.14+ Acres of land.
GRANTING and RESERVING: A 60 feet wide Right-of-Way Easement, being the
North 60 feet of the East 442+ feet of said SWI/4NWI/4 of said Section 1.
SUBJECT TO that certain Correction Mortgage with face amount of $314,000.00
between Curtis W. Haderlie and Karen J. Haderlie, husband and wife, as mortgagor,

and LaMar Haderlie and Edith Haderlie, husband and wife, as mortgagee, dated
January 12, 2004, and recorded in the office of the Lincoln County Clerk on January
16, 2004, in Book 546 PR, page 216, Recording No. 896662, which mortgage
Grantors shall pay.
SUBJECT TO all covenants, easements, exceptions, restrictions, reservations and
rights of way of sight or record.
