consideration of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, CONVEYS AND WARRANTS to BEVERLY CALHOUN, as Trustee
of the Beverly Calhoun Trust dated September 30, 2004, Grantee,
whose address is P.O. Box 2, Opal, Wyoming, 83124, the following
described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of
Wyoming, to-wit:
The Northeasterly portion of Lot 1 of the LOzier Ranch
Subdivision, Sections 20 and 21, T21N Rll3W of the 6th
P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the Southeast Corner of said Portion of Lot 1;
thence N 00003'57'' E, a distance of 99.79 feet to a point
on the centerline of the Lozier Road;
thence S 89012'33'' W, a distance of 660.90 feet along the
centerline of the Lozier Road;
thence S 00003'47'' W, a distance of 99.79 feet to the
Northwest Corner of the Calhoun property;
thence S 89012'33'' E, a distance of 660.90 feet to the
point of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements and appurtenances thereon
situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all reservations, restrictions,
exceptions, easements and rights-of-way of record.
