RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT
For value received Julian Land & Livestock ("Grantor"), hereby grants to PacifiCorp, an Oregon
corporation, its successors and assigns, ("Grantee"), an easement for a right of way 10 feet in width and
4337 feet in length, more or less, for the construction, reconstruction, operation, maintenance, repair,
replacement, enlargement, and removal of electric power transmission, distribution and communication
lines and all necessary or desirable accessories and appurtenances thereto, including without limitation:
supporting towers, poles, props, guys and anchor, including guys and anchors outside of the right of way;
wires, fibers, cables and other conductors and conduits therefor; and pads, transformers, switches, vaults
and cabinets, along the general course now located by Grantee on, over or under the surface of the real
property of Grantor in~ounty, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows and as
more particularly descr~ed~a'ticl/or shown on Exhibit(s) "A" attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof:

Together with the right of access to the right of way from adjacent lands of Grantor for all activities in
connection with the purposes for which this easement has been granted; and together with the present and
(without payment therefor) the future right to keep the right of way and adjacent lands clear of all brash,
trees, timber, structures, buildings and other hazards which might endanger Grantee's facilities or impede
Grantee's activities.
At no time shall Grantor place, use or permit any equipment or material of any kind that exceeds
twelve (12) feet in height, light any fin:es, place or store any flanmmble materials (other than agricultural
crops), on or within the boundaries of the right of way. Subject to the foregoing limitations, the surface of
the right of way may be used for agricultural crops and other purposes not inconsistent, as determined by
Grantee, with the purposes for which this easement has been granted.
The rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be binding upon and shall benefit their
respective heirs, successors and assigns; and this easement shall tem6nate if and when Grantee shall have
abandoned all use of the right of way and no longer has any fi~ture need therefor.

An ec]sement for o power line ocross the S½ of Section 2 end the N~ of Section 11 of the
Resurvey of T.21N., R.119W., 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming. Seid eesement being 10 feet in
width, 5 feet eech side of the described centerline below. The bounderies of seid eQsement extend
to end/or ere trunceted by the the westerly boundory of said Section 2.
Commencing et the SE corner of Section 3 of the resurvey of T.21N., R.119W., 6th, P.M., Lincoln
County, Wyoming, where is found c] 3" bress cop; thence NO'O6'25"E (]long the westerly boundery of
sc]id Section 3, 64-5.04 feet to the Point of Beginning of this description, from which the west ¼
corner of said Section .~, where is found e .~" c]luminum Cap, bears NO'O6'25"E, 1991.48 feet.
Thence S74'06'.~5"£, 575.83 feet; thence S69'.37'.38"E, 1407.48 feet to (~ point on the northerly
boundory of Section 11, of the resurvey of T.21N., R.119W., 6th P.M. from which point the NJ
corner of said Section 11, where is found c] brass cop, bears 589'55'1 I"E, 767.03 feet. Thence
continuing S69'37'38"E, 235'~ 07 feet to the Point of Terminus from which the NE corner of seid
Section 11 beers N56'20'33"E, 1423.65 feet. The length of the eesement described herein being
4357.38 feet.
