RIGHT OF WAY EASEMENT
For value received, Seven C Ranch, ("Grantor"), hereby grants to PacifiCorp, an Oregon
corporation, its successors and assigns, ("Grantee"), an easement for a right of way 10 feet in width and
660 feet in length, more or less, for the construction, reconstruction, operation, maintenance, repair,
replacement, enlargement, and removal of electric power transtmssion, distribution and communication
lines and all necessary or desirable accessories and appurtenances thereto, including without limitation:
supporting towers, poles, props, guys and anchor, including gu)s and anchors outside of the right of way;
wires, fibers, cables and other conductors and conduits therefor; and pads, transformers, switches, vaults
and cabinets, along the general course now located by Grantee on, over or under the surface of the real
property of Grantor in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, more particularly described as follows and as
more particularly described and/or shown on Exhibit(s) attached hereto and by this reference
made a part hereof:
A strip of land ten (10) feet in width being part of Tract No. 53, and Tract No. 62, T25N, R118W, Lincoln
County, Wyoming with the center-line described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the extant power pole line, S06°-13'-48"E, 418.64 feet from Corner No. 4 of
said Tract No. 53;
Thence N33°-27'-38"E, 66.21 feet
Thence N33°-38'-03"E, 35.32 feet
Thence N17°-25'-33"E 118.10 feet
Thence N01°-lS'-18"E 72.37 feet
Thence N07°-59'-19"E 82.73 feet
Thence N10°-43'-36"E 54.47 feet
Thence N23°-09'-49"E 53.77 feet
Thence N22°-05'-42"E 39.26 feet;
Thence S86°-03'-20"E, 98.97 feet to an extant power pole, N77°-01'-06"E 302.54 feet from said Corner

ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.14 acre, more or less:
All in accordance with the plat marked Exhibit "A" and attachcd herewith.

Together with the right of access to the right of way from adjacent lands of Grantor for all activities in
connection with the purposes for which this easement has been granted; and together with the present and
(without payment therefor) the future right to keep the right of way and adjacent lands clear of all brush,
trees, timber, structures, buildings and other hazards which might endanger Grantee's facilities or impede
Grantee's activities.
At no time shall Grantor place, use or permit any equipment or materiai of any kind that exceeds
twelve (12) feet in height, light any fires, place or store any flammable materials (other than agricultural
crops), on or within the boundaries of the right of way. Subject to the foregoing limitations, the surface of
the right of way may be used for agricultural crops and other purposes not inconsistent, as determined by
Grantee, with the purposes for which this easement has been granted.
The rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be binding upon and shall benefit their
respective heirs, successors and assigns; and this easement shall terminate if and when Grantee shall have
abandoned all use of the right of way and no longer has any future need therefor.
