SCHAFFER AND SHAWNA M, SCHAFFER, Husband and Wife as Tenants by the Entireties, grantees, whose address is P.O. Box 1387, Thayne, WY 83127 the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state to wit: Part of Section 32, T34N Rll8W of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING 1125 feet South of the Northeast corner of said Section 32 and running thence South 122 feet; thence West 178.5 feet; thence North 122 feet; thence East 178.5 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING. LESS AND EXCEPT the land contained in Quit Claim Deed recorded February 8, 2000 in Book 441PR on page 311 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
