l. Norman D. Caudill has tenancy by the entireties with me in land in Lincoln
County, Wyoming, more particularly described as follows:
Lot 4, Block 2, Alpine Estates Subdivision, according to that plat filed March 3,
1998 as Instrument No. 592764 in the Office of the County Clerk, Lincoln County,
Wyoming.
Subject to reservations and restrictions contained in the United States Patent and
to easements and rights-of-way of record or in use.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon.
Attached hereto is a Copy of the Warranty Deed 'creating the tenancy by the entireties, recorded
in the Lincoln County, Wyoming, land records in Book 432 PR at Page 160, on June 25, 1999 as
Instrument No. 859540.
2. I, Marlene L. Caudill, the surviving spouse of Norman D. Caudill, hereby certify
that Norman D. Caudill died on April l g, 2004. Attached hereto is an original copy of the
Certificate of Death issued for Norman D. Caudill.
3. Pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-9-102, I certify that the tenancy of Norman D.
Caudill has been terminated by his death, and that title to the above-referenced land is now in the
name of Marlene L. Caudill, a single woman.
