the intent to more correctly describe that tract of record in the Office of the Clerk of
Lincoln County in' Book 401 of Photostatic Records on page 306, as follows:
BEGINNING at a position on the west line of said GLO Lot 1, SOUTH, 845 feet from the
northwest comer of said Section 19;
thence continuing, SOUTH, 212 feet, along said west line, to a position;
thence EAST, 193 feet, parallel with the north line of said GLO Lot 1, to a position;
thence NORTH, 212 feet, parallel with said west line, to a position;
thence WEST, 193 feet, parallel with said north line, to the POSITION OF
BEGINNING;
ENCOMPASSING an area of 0.94 acre, more or less;
each "comer" found as described in the Comer Record filed or to be filed in the Office of
the Clerk of Lincoln County;
each "position" is a calculated position with no monument found or set;
