and other good and valuable consideration in hand, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
CONVEY AND WARRANT TO

the following described real estate, situate in Lincoln County and .State of Wyoming, hereby
releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of the state
to wit:
A portion of the SE¼ of Section 20, T34N R118W of the 6th P.M., located North of
Bedford, Lincoln County, being more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the South line of Section 20, said point being 800.00 feet
West from the Southeast Corner of said Section 20;
thence continuing West, along said South line, 664.43 feet;
thence North 1475.67 feet to a fence line;
thence S 72o46'24'' E, along said fence line, 695.64 feet;
thence South 1269.65 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
