CHAD G. DANA and TERRIE A. DANA, husband and wife, as joint tenants with right
of survivorship and not as tenants in common, 905 Muddy String Road, Thayne, Wyoming
83127, Grantors, for and in consideration of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable
consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby CONVEY AND
WARRANT to the JAMES OLENSLAGER and JENNIE OLENSLAGER, husband and
wife, tenants by the entireties, of 9495 Rosanna Street, Las Vegas, Nevada 89178, Grantees, and
their heirs and assigns, real estate situated in Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, said real
property being more particularly described as follows:
See Exhibits A and B, attached hereto and incorporated herein.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon. Subject, however, to
all reservations, restrictions,'exceptions, easements, and rights-of-way of record.
Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption
laws of the State of Wyoming.

Lincoln County, Wyoming, within the NW1/4SW1/4 of SectiOn 18, T34N, R118W,
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Wyoming, the metes and bounds being more
particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at the Southwest corner of the Right-of-Way Easement, as referred
to in Book 464PR, on Page 079, with said Office, said Point of Beginning, being a
Point in the West line of said NWl/4SW1/4, being 33.00 feet S0°28'05"W from
the Referenced Spike marking the Paul N Scherbel RLS 164 location for the
Northwest Corner of said NW1/4SW1/4;
thence N89°56'48"E, along the South line of said Right-of-Way Easement,
417.42 feet;
thence S0°28'05"W, parallel with said West line, 208.71 feet;
thence S89°56'48"W, parallel with said South line, 417.42 feet to a point in said
