The Grantors hereby bind themselves and their successors to warrant and defend the title, as against all acts of the
Grantors herein and no other, subject to the matters above set forth. Thi,s conveyance transfers the Grantors' property
into their revocable living trust and does not constitute a change of ownership or a sale. The names and addresses

PARCEL A:
A portion of the SE 1/4 of Section 26, T34N, 41'i9w, 6th P.M., located South from the Town of
Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point in the North line of that certain parcel of land described in Exhibit "A" of
Warranty Deed recorded in Book 365 PR., Page 459, Lincoln County, Wyoming, said point being
776.86 feet N. 89053'20'' E. from the Northwest comer of said parcel of land; thence running N.
89053'20'' E. along said North line 394.05 feet, more or less, in the Northeast comer of said parcel;
thence 53 °11'37" E. along an Easterly line of said parcel, 325.07 feet; thence West 412.16 feet;
thence North 323.80 feet to the Pbint of Beginning.
Together with and including all improvements thereon and all appurtenants and hereditaments
thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and
rights-of-way of sight and/or record.
Further subject to a 30 foot wide easement for ingress and egress and utilities over, under and
through the Northerly portion of the above described premises.
Reserving unto the grantors, their successors and/or assigns an easement for ingress and egress and
utilities over, under and through the .East 30 feet of the above described parcel.
Together with that certain Easement contained in Deed from Salt River Enterprises, Inc. to VerNon
Otto Burton and Victoria A. Burton, husband and wife, recorded in the Office of the Lincoln County
Clerk at Kemmerer, Wyoming, recorded December 1, 1980, Book 170 P.R., Page 548; and
PARCEL B:
A portion of the SE 1/4 of Section 26, T34N, R119W, 6th P.M. located South from the Town of
Thayne, Lincoln County, Wyoming being more particularly described as follows'
Beginning at a point in an Easterly line of said parcel, said point being 325.07 feet 53 ° 11 '37" E. from
the Northeast comer of said parcel; thence running 53 ° 11 '37" E. 332.86 feet; thence N. 84° 13'47"
W. 432.90 feet; thence North 288.82 feet; thence East 412.16 feet, more or less, to the Point of
Beginning.
Together with and including all improvements thereon, and all appurtenances and hereditaments
thereunto belonging. Subject to all covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, reservations, and
rights-of-way of sight and/or record; and
Together with a 30 foot wide easement for ingress and egress and utilities over, under and through
described as follows:

P.R. Page 459; thence 53 o 11'37" E. 325.07 feet; thence West 30.05 feet; thence N. 3 o 11'37" W.
325.01 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning.
Reserving unto the grantors, their successors and/or assigns a 30 foot wide easement for ingress and
egress and utilities over, under and through the South 30 feet and the East 30 feet of the above
described parcel.
Together with that certain Easement contained in Deed from Salt River Enterprises, Inc., to VerNon
Otto Burton and Victoria A. Burton, husband and wife, recorded in the office of Lincoln County,
Clerk of Kemmerer, Wyoming, recorded December 1, 1980, Book 170 P.R., Page 5498.
BOTH PROPERT~S shall be subject to the perpetual restrictions that not more than two (2) mobile
homes shall ever be located on the property at one time.
