Tills AMENDMENT is made by and between CttANCY D. GUTHRIE an
unmarried man and SHELBY L. MOOMEY, an un~narried woman, hereinafter referred
to as "Moctgagor", and THE BANK OF COMMERCE for the benefit of LAURENCE B.
REINHART IRA, hereinafter refm-red to as "Mortgagee",
WITNESSETH:
WHEREAS, the Mortgagor did make, execute and deliver to the Mortgagee a Note
secured by that certain Mortgage in the amount of SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED
TWENTY NINE AND 87/100 DOLLARS ($6,629.87), recorded as Instrument No. 902765
Book 566 Pr Page 0867, in the LINCOLN County, Wyoming records, covering the premises
described as follows:
Lot 184 in Nordic Ranches Division No. 13, Lincoln County, Wyoming as
described on the official plat thereof.
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend some of the terms and/or provisions of the
Note and/or Mortgage, and
THEREFORE, in and for good and valuable considerations, the parties agree the
terms and conditions of the Note and Mortgage above described shall be and are hereby
amended and modified as follows:
1. Change qf Maturity, Date: The present remaining principal
balance of $6,627.21, plus accrued interest, shall be paid in consecutive
'monthly installments of $63.98 on the 6th day of each monih, beginning
October 6, 2004, and continuing on the 6th day gf each month thereafter until
September 6, 2005, when the remaining principal balance plus accrued interest
shall be paid in full.
All terms and c°nditions of the Note and Mortgage shall remain the same and
unchanged except as amended and/or modified herein.
