MILLER and PEGGY ~ MILLER, husband and wife, as moagagees, a moagage conveying a lien on ce~ain real estate therein described as security for the payment of Twenty-four Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($24,500.00), which moagage was recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds of Lincoln County, State of Wyo~ng, on the 1 lth day'ofAu~st, 1998, in Book 415 P.R., at page 620, Document Number 852402, and peaaining to the following described real estate in said County, to-wit: The East 127 feet of the South hal~ofLot 4 Block 29 of the ~on, Wyo~ng, Townsite Plat.
