KELLY, a Single Person whose address is ?. o. Box 3471~ Alpine, WY 83128 as Grantee, WITNESSETH: That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit: Lot 101 of Nordic Ranches Division No. 7, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat filed May 8, 196 as Instrument No. 819461 of the records of the Lincoln County Clerk.
