right of way for the construction and continued maintenance, repair, alteration and replacement of he
electric distributinn circuits, lines and equipment of the Grantee to be constructed and maintaine( un~
upon and across the premises of Gramor in Lincoln County, State of Wyoming, along a line described as
follows, to wit:
BEING a portion of lot 7 of the Alphendorf Subdivision. Phase II, Section 20, T37N, RI lgW Lincdn
County, Wyoming more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a point being the SW Comer of said lot 9 &the A phendorf Subdivision.

Grantor agrees that all poles, wires and other facilities, installcd on or under the described lands sNdl
remain the property of the Grantee removable in the sole discretion of the Grantee at the Grantee's cz.pen., :.
The rights, conditions and provisions of this easement shall inm'e to the benefit of and be binding upon ti e
parties, their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns. Grantor shall compensate Gramee f ~r
any damages to Grantee's facilities caused by Grantor, including payment of Grantee's attorney fees if
action is undertaken by Grantee to enforce the commitments described m this easement· Grantor reserv '.s
the right to improve, occupy and use this easement for all purposes not inconsistent with the easement gram.
Each party shall have the remedy of specific performance regarding this easement. The ngh:s avd
obligations described in this easement shall mn with the land. This casement is not exclusive, and (kant ,r
retains all rights not specifically granted by this easement. This ts the entire agreement of the 9arti :s
regarding this easement, except as may be set forth in writing after the date of this easement and sigaed 1 y
