Such foreclosure was conducted pursuant to the terms c(mtained in that certain mortgage
by and between Marvie Lyrm Smith, a single person, as Mortgagor, and Community First
National Bank, organized and existing under the laws o1' thc United States of America, as
Mortgagee, dated September 12, 2001, and recordcd at Book 472 PR, Page 808 on
September 14, 2001, in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Lincoln County,
Wyoming. The current record owner of the proPerty at the time of Sheriff's Sale was
Marvie L. Smith, a single person.
A Certificate of Purchase was issued to Cp~mn}?ity F'irst National Bank, organized
and existing under the laws of the United States of America, of 801 Pine Avenue,
Kemmerer, WY 83101, as the Purchaser on May 26, 2004.
N~W,~ THEREFORE, know all mcn by this Deed, that I,

consideration of the premises, have granted and sold and do hereby convey to Community
First National Bank, organized and existing under iht laws of the United States of

described tract of land, to have and to hold the described premises with all appurtenances
to the said Community First National Bank, organized and existing under the laws of the
United States of America, its heirs and assigns forever.
