KNOW ALL ~~ESE PRESENT~, that the C~g~.0~ Lincoln, State of
Wyoming, acting by uly elected County Commissioners, Grantor, of 925
Sage Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming 83101, for and in consideration of Ten Dollars
($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration, in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, CONVEYS AND QUITCLAIMS to John P. Gavin and Teresa A.
Gavin, husband and wife, as tenants by the entireties, Grantees, whose address is PO Box
378, Jackson, Wyoming 83001, the following described real estate, situated in Lincoln
County and State of Wyoming, hereby releasing and waiv ng all rights under and by virtue
of the homestead exemption laws of the State, to-wit:
Any and all right that the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, has as far as
it pertains to that certain easement dated December 3, 1980, between Don
M. Corsi and Elma W. Coral, husband and wife, as Grantors, and the County
of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, as Grantees, recorded December 8, 1980, in
Book 171 PR Page 17 in the Office of the Lincoln County Clerk relating to
the easement across the southerly 30 feet measured at right angles, as said
easement crosses Lot 2, Block 1 of Nordic Ranches, Subdivision No. 1,
Lincoln County, Wyoming, according to that plat of record in the Office of the
Lincoln County Clerk.
TOGETHER WITH all improvements, appurtenances, hereditaments and all
other things thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
