For value received, Union Pacific Railroa4, ¢"(;rantor"), hereby &n-ants to PacifiCorp,
an Oregon corporation, /ts successors and assigns, ~' (h~ '~tee"), the following easement for
right of way IO feet in width and 6296 feet in lC~L, th more or less, for the constn~ction,
reconstruction, operation, maintenance, repair, retW~cement, enlargement, and removal of
electric power transmission, distribuNon and com~q~tmication lines and all necessary or
desirable accessories and appurtenances thereto, ~c'lt~ding without limitation: supporting
towers, poles, props, guys and anchor, including guys and anchors outside of the right of way,
wires, fibers, cables and other conductors and col~(hlhs therefor; and pads, transformers,
switches, vaults and cabinets, along the general cour>;c now located by Grantee on, over or
under the surface of the real property of Grantor in I,im'oln County, State of_Wyoming, more
particularly described and/or shown on Exhibit "A" ;dtached hereto and by this re?erence

A right of way 10 feet in width, be/n?, 5 feet on each side of the
following described survey line:
Beginning on the southwesterly bouml,t~,, Fence of the Grantor's
land at a point 760 feet north and 2972 ti'el-west, more or less, from
corner No. 2 of Tract 89, T. 25 N., R. 119 W., 6th P.M., thence
N. 11°11 'E. 71 feet, more or less, thence N 41 ~q)9'W. 6225 feet, more
or less, on said land and being in said Tract 89 and in Tract 88,
Township and Range aforesaid.

lands clear of all brush, trees, timber, structures, buildings and other hazards which might endanger
Grantee's facilities or impede Grantee's activities.
At no time shall Grantor place, use or' pennit any equipment or material of any kind that
exceeds twelve (12) feet in height, light afiy fires, place .r store any flammable materials (other
than agricultural crops), on or within the boundaries ,1' thc right of way. Subject to the foregoing
limitations, the surface of the right of way may be used fro' agricultural crops and other purposes not
inconsistent, as determined by Grantee, with the purposes fi)r xvhich this easement has been granted.
The rights and obligations of the parties hereto shall be binding upon and shall benefit their
respective heirs, successors and assigns.
