Box 6782, Jackson, WY 83002 as Grantees, WITNES SETH' That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, and described as follows to-wit: Lot 33 of Star Valley, Ranch Plat 22, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on the official plat thereof.
