THIS INDENTURE, made the

WARRANTY DEED
day of October, 2004 by and between the
HALE'S VALLEY PROPERTIES, LLC,
a limited liability company organized and existing under and by virtue of the laWs of
the State of Wyoming, the GRANTOR and
FORREST NEUERBURG AND DELORES NEUERBURG,
as Joint Tenants,
whose address is P.O. Box 6782, Jackson, WY 83002
as Grantees,
WITNES SETH'
That the grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does, by
these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said Grantee all that
certain tract, lot, piece, and parcel of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming,
and described as follows to-wit:
Lot 33 of Star Valley, Ranch Plat 22, Lincoln County, Wyoming as described on
the official plat thereof.
SUBJECT, however, to all reservations, restrictions, protective covenants, exceptions,
easements and rights-of-way of record, in sight, or in use.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caused these presents to be signed by its duly
authorized officer, the day and year first above written.
