to as Seller and JEFFERY A. HAMMONS and PAULETTE S. HAMMONS, husband and wife, of
the Town of Frontier, County of Lincoln, State of Wyoming, hereinafter referred to as Purchaser, the
Seller did 'agree to sell and the Purchaser did agree to purchase a certain tract of real property located
in Lincoln County, Wyoming, described as follows:
The southerly sixty (60) feet of the Lots Numbered Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block
Six (6) of the Willow Addition to the Town of Kemmerer, County of Lincoln, State
of Wyoming, as surveyed, platted and recorded in thc Office of:the Lincoln County
Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds and a 1971 12' x 40' Victor Mobile Home;
Serial No. B28978.
Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise
appertaining thereunto.
Subject to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way
record or in sight or use.
Also known as 208 Willow Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming.
Purchaser's address for tax purposes is P.O. Box 156, Frontier, WY 83121. There are many
other covenants in the original Contract for Deed. Each party has a copy of said Contract.
