Together with all improvements and appurtenances thereon situate or in anywise appertaining thereunto. Subject to all reservations, restrictions, exceptions, easements and rights-of-way record or in sight or use. Also known as 208 Willow Avenue, Kemmerer, Wyoming. Purchaser's address for tax purposes is P.O. Box 156, Frontier, WY 83121. There are many other covenants in the original Contract for Deed. Each party has a copy of said Contract.
