I, Susie Hawkes, being duly sworn on oath depose and state as lbllows'
1. That my name is Susie Hawkes, and I am President of Land Title Company and have
knowledge of the facts as stated herein.
That the following described property was con~eyed to Lance McYoung, a single man in
that Warranty Deed which appears of record in Book 456 P.R., Page600, records of
Lincoln County, Wyoming. See Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof by this
Reference.
3. That there is a typographical error in the legal description in said Warranty Deed.
4. That the corrected legal description in that Warranty Dced appearing of record in Book
456 P.R., Page 600, records of Lincoln County, Wyoming should now be described as
follows:
A tract of land which is Part of the Southeast quarter o f the Southwest quarter of Section 23
Township 35 North, Range 119 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, the boundaries
thereof being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point which is North 89 degrees 47'30" West a distance of 2642.38 feet
more or less from the Southeast comer of said Section 23; and running thence North 89
degrees 48'1 O"West along County right-of-way boundary a distance of 208.71 feet; thence
North 0 degrees 0'50" East a distance of 208.71 feet; thcnce South 89 degrees 48'10" East a
distance of 208.71 feet; thencve South 0 degrees 0'50" West a distance of 208.71 feet the
Point of beginning. Containing 1.00 acres.
