With respect to the subject property, a certain Notice of Assessment Lien recorded OCTOBER 29, 1994, Book 220 PR, Page. 364 was in the office of the County Cleft: and Ex-officio Register of Deeds in Lincoln County, Wyoming and the said lien is fully paid, satisfied, released, and discharged with regard to the property owned X or being purchased by BRENT G. WOOD, P. O. BOX 223, TREMONTON, UT 84337, described below, and in consideration thereof, the Star Valley Ranch Association does hereby release the premises thereby affected.
