these presents, grant, bargain, sell, CONVEY AND WARRANT unto the said grantees, all that
certain tract, lot, piece of land situated in the County of Lincoln, State of WYOMING and
described as follows, to-wit:

Lincoln County, Wyoming, being part of that tract of record in the
Office of the Clerk of Lincoln County in Book 176PR on page 24,
described as follows:

Beginning at the southwest spike of that tract of record in the
Office in Book 389PR on page 138, on the west line of said GLO
Lot 7, South 360.00 feet from the northwest corner of said Lot 7;
Thence N. 89 degrees 56 minntes 12 seconds E., 95.00 feet, along the
South line of said tract in Book 389, to the southeast point of said
Tract, identical with the southerly most southwest point of Parcel
2 of record in said Office in Book 424 PR on page 666; thence con-

along the south line of said Parcel 2 to the southeast point thereof,

Hereby releasing and waiving all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of
the State of Wyoming.
EXCEPTING THEREFROM, HOWEVER, all oil, gas and other minerals lying in, under or
upon said lands.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to any and all reservations, restrictions, easements, rights-of-way
and restrictive covenants, established, now of record, or otherwise affecting said lands.
